Personal tool
A content intelligence system I built in Python using AI. Scrapes viral videos in my niche, transcribes them with Whisper, runs them through Claude, and generates scripts grounded in patterns that actually work. I don't guess at what to post. I run analysis on it at scale. This is the system behind @aleskander.ai.
Personal project
A Snapchat AR lens I designed and shipped that exploded in May 2026 — 22M+ uses in a single month and 500K+ people using it every day. A real-world test of distribution mechanics and viral design, the same instincts I apply to content and product.

The software studio I co-founded. We build custom AI-native tools, internal systems, and automations for founder-led businesses. We're spinning out our first product, Yaro — the AI-native layer that sits on top of the CRMs and tools real estate agents already use, run entirely by voice or text.
